Our governance

The Directors in waiting represent a Shadow Board who have been guiding us in that capacity since September 2023. They provide strategic direction through their expertise, and provide us with excellent oversight for all of the key areas we work across. We’re in the final stages of arranging their official appointment.

We’re currently still under the Governance of the WLM Circuit, and Housing Association directors.
