Our impact in 2023
As we transition from West London Mission (WLM) to Strides we looked back at 2023 and everything that the people we work with have been able to access and accomplish.
There is no doubt that 2023 was a challenging year, and there are more challenges to come, as the cost of living continues and more people in our communities are effected. But we are so proud of what we have achieved and the progress we are making to helping people and communities find their way.

We’re committed to we’re working to create places of safety and quality where people can come to find their way through life and society. Our Tenant Perception Survey helps us achieve this by helping us to understand what we’re doing right, and where we need to improve moving forward.
You can see our results for 2023-24 here and a copy of this is being sent out to each tenant to review.
